Cleveland
Atlanta
Miami ( Bosh + health)
Chicago
Washington
Toronto
Indiana (PG return)

Seem's the strongest it's been in years. Also have some decent lower tier teams Boston (+ cap space) , Bucks and Nets.

been looking stronger going into the year for like the past 3 years but by the time the post season rolls around it's the same shit conference as it ever was

prime example are teams like the 13-14 Pacers or this years Hawks. They steam roll through the East in the RS then get tons of hype but clearly aren't the same level of the top West teams

Miami will miss the playoffs again tbh

I wouldn't call it strong, i'd just call it more even.

Its still a sub-standard conference and whoever comes out of there still gets annihilated by the Western side.

Meanwhile the Rockets are the two seed in the west. :oldlol:

There's only a couple contenders every year out of both conferences combined and that will never change. Quit complaining.

two seed in the west but like 1-2 losses away from 6th seed, with all of those teams being at worst the 2nd seed in the East.

west is brutal.

It's the same song for the last 7-8 years in the east, yet they're always shit.

Health will be their greatest challenge cuz they would have the best starting five in the East on paper if they keep Dragic.

Celtics?

Heat didn't make the playoffs, so repping the C's (young team, well coached), still a heat fan. Might need to change avy lol.

Dragic
Wade
Ennis
Bosh
Whiteside

That's probably gonna be the best starting 5 in the league, if healthy. Unless Love sticks around.

Irving
Smith/Shump
LeBron
Love

Knicks will also be a near 8th seed team with Melo returning, a top 3 pick and FA's.

the only thing that could actually turn the tides is if the big name FA's from the west go east.

the NBA should also send Memphis to the east.

I see the Cavs dominating the East. this run will help Kyrie and the others to get better. Even without K.Love they are better than the rest.

Monta Ellis and Enes Kanter?

Ok. Forgot Aldridge. I was struggling to think who you were talking about. Seems a much better chance that better players go from east to west.

Why is Toronto on the list of "strongest" ?

I expect them to regress and probably plummet to last place. That's probably for the best.

And I don't see Indiana and Miami strong next year either. Chicago loses their coach and maybe even Butler, they could regress.

Yes because the Mavs and Pelicans are just brutally tough opponents.

Dont forget the rockets led by their superstar and signature move "The Power Flop"

They are better than most in the Eastern Conference bracket.

Who aren't even at full strength but would give everyone in the East a matchup problem when Dwight and Harden bring it like they did last night.
