Guys TNT does not need to get rid of Shaq, the solution to the Shaq "problem" is obvious.

Hire Bill Simmons to be his bitch. Than the dynamic changes so you've got Ernie the host, Kenny the voice of reason, Chuck for the laughs, and Shaq the bully can still keep his act of bullying he'll just divert it on Simmons. Simmons as the butt of Shaqs pranks instead of Chuck alleviates the tension that was created when he came on board. I think we can all agree, Shaq constantly pranking and pushing Bill Simmons around would restore the peace between Shaq and Chuck and be highly entertaining to watch for not just us, but the whole TNT crew.

Like I care. The TNT crew has always been annoying to me. They just joke around too much and most of what Chuck saids are dead wrong. The only decent analyst is Kenny and even he has his biases.

I like Doug and Jalen much better. And when Simmons was there with Jalen, it was better. Say what you will about Simmons but the guy gets it.

Shaq is actually needed on the show. Casual NBA fans are fascinated by Shaq. The general population is interested in Shaq. His size alone makes for a great conservation piece. He does mumble words sometimes, but that makes it all the more funnier. The show is classic. I love it. :D

But that's what makes it fun its balanced, Chuck the red neck who sounds drunk has crazy stories about bracelets in steam rooms and fat chicks in San Antonio and the call it as it is guy. EJ, the one to settle everyone down and sometimes instigator, then there is Kenny who is ok also like's to make fun of Chuck, the weak end is actually Shaq but I love when he goes on the laughing binges. I wish Webber was on more. All in all they all compliment each other, and the studio thinks they do since they renewed all of them.

Fool or not he's easily the biggest draw on the show. There's a large contingent of viewers who tune in specifically for him.

Not sure why people want Kenny gone. He has great chemistry with his colleagues and he actually knows his shit.
