If you give Nash's MVPs to Kobe and Shaq this list looks more like the normal consensus.

Right, because Duncan and Russell aren't the epitome of "team effort".

It's kind of crazy that neither of those players got an MVP. Baylor's prime is up there with any small forward's, and West is a consensus top 15 player.
