Perfect description. The hardest part for me to swallow is Captain Cold as a regular. He is the worst actor in all of The Flash.

It will be Liam Neeson's Ra's al Ghul from "Batman Begins", one that time traveled through dimensions after his death in Gotham, when the train was destroyed. Now he can do whatever he wants, realizing all he has to go against are corny tv show characters in a PG-13 universe. So he becomes Vandal Savage and takes over the world. After which the CW network will give Christian Bale 100 million dollars per episode to come back as Batman and fight Neeson again on the TV screen and save our planet.
