Warriors are right up there with the '95-'96 Bulls in terms of greatness.

1. '95-'96 Bulls
2. '14-'15 Warriors

Yeah I don't think they get the credit they deserve, and they won't unless they win a championship.

Keep making excuses. Sounds like you're just bitter that a team with a 40 year playoff drought is finally winning while your team keeps adding to that 40+

They aren't better than the 2013 from the regular season, or the 2000-2001 Lakers. When Miami had Wade healthy during the streak, they were an all time great time, just like the Lakers.

This GS team is certainly dominant, but they aren't an All-time great team. Just like when Dallas won around 67 games, they weren't legendary either. It all comes down to your two best players.

GS has Curry and Thompson.
Miami has James and Wade.
Lakers had Shaq and Kobe.

Big difference.

sure in the regular season maybe, how about playoff stats?

2001 Lakers and 2012 Heat would sweep this Warriors squad.

But they are great, and heavy favorite to win the chip, no denying that.

It helps that they won 67 games and didn't have to bother playing the Spurs in the 1st round.

The 08 Celtics would dominate them

The Warriors wouldn't be able to hide Curry defensively because he'd have to take either Ray or Rondo
I'll also take end of prime KG against Draymond any day of the week
Not even factoring PP or the very good celtics bench

4-1 series celtics

PLenty of greats in all areas that never got credit because they didn't win (certain award.)

the thing is....curry and thompson are both currently better scorers than lebron james. If they took same amount of shots and possesions..would outscore lebron.

The scary thing is that they are some of the best shooters game has ever seen and they also can do other things like take it to the rack etc. Their shooting and offensive production is unprecedented.

29-68 the only games they faced real defenders all playoffs

What does spurs losing to clippers have to do with GSW winning 67 games or gsw having a +10 points differential or anything else that OP posted?

Its not the Mavs at all...

-Curry: MVP
-Bogut: Best Defender in the NBA, Top 30
-Thompson: Elite shooter/defender, star, top 25
-Green: Elite defender, can pass, rebound, score, one of the most variable players/bigs, top 25
-Harrison Barnes: Great athleticism, can shoot, score 15+ any night
-Andre Igoudala: Former all-star, 6th man, elite defender
-David Lee: Former all-star, top 20 ppg scorer, 6th man

Clearly one of the most loaded teams ever, truly a GOAT team.

Because aside from the hawks they were playing great teams unlike the warriors who have had a lebron-like road to the finals so far

The 08 Celtics defense was absolutely lethal. They had a higher margin of victory in a much stronger NBA. I'd take my chances with the heart of the Ubuntu Celtics over the arcade shooting "live and die by the 3" Warrios

2008 Cletics were a great team. They went 66-16 and beat prime Kobe, Gasol and Odom. And their defense was amazing. I would favor them over this Warriors team. Unless if this Warriors team does some special things in the next 2 rounds.

2013 Heat were better. More shooters, better MVP , more experience, not as good at protecting the rim, but the best perimeter defense I've ever seen. This is when healthy.

That Heat team would love this jumpshooting Warriors team. Hard to stop, but easy to defend. They'd throw a small lineup out there and switch everything, they wouldn't give Curry and Thompson many looks.

you can thank AD. he raped the spurs HCA, and then goes on ahead and feed himself as a sacrificial lamb for the Warriors in the first round. BASED AD. warrior fans should worship the kid at their alter if they win the chip this year.

They are clearly better than the Mavs, but i meant it in a sense of this being a single season team that caught fire in the RS. Even though they have a good chance to win a title, they really aren't an all-time great team. Spurs probably would have smoked them, a healthy Cleveland also would have had a great chance.

They might be the most dominant statistically, but I can think of a handful of teams in the last 15 years I'd pick to beat them in a series.

'01 Lakers
'12 Heat
'08 Celtics
'05 or 14 Spurs

They could very well win the title. The question is not if they are a really good team, but the argument being put forth is that they may be the best team since the Jordan era.

you brought up David Lee..

who has played in 5 games and averages 3 point per game yet you listed him a "top 20 ppg scorer, 6th man"

he's not the 6th man dip shit.. he doesn't even play

considering you know much so much about the Warrios.. you'd think you'd know this

and Bogut as the best defender in the NBA..?

How can one tell?

They've easily, according to all statistics been an ATG team... its pretty undeniable imo, especially factoring in competition.
