Go to the app store and search for video downloader and download one. Then go to a site that streams movies like sweflix.net and a popup should ask you if you want to download the movie. Press download and you'll get 720p movies on your non-jailbroken iPad.

There is an app called popcorn time that you can install without having your ipad jailbroken but I wonder if it works now.
