What do you feel he brings to the franchise that they need?

Defense defense defense defense.

Defense.

Pick and roll defense, weakside shot blocking, ability to switch, a lockdown defender who can guard 1-5

A lob threat in the mold of Deandre Jordan.. Only lighter, quicker, more mobile

A player that understands his role and knows his limitations

Will compliment DMC well

Can play small with him at the 5 and Rudy at the 4 for periods of time when DMC might be on the bench or in foul trouble

Russell drops to 4 or the Knicks take WCS at 4

The Knicks would hold the L forever if this happens.

Sure because a great versatile defender between Carmelo and bargnani would never work right?

You are 100% correct.

Melo would have success playing alongside a Tyson Chandler type of player.

You don't take WCS over Mudiay, Winslow, hell, even Myles Turner, you ****ing mongoloid.

You are terribly wrong if you think WCS is a "Tyson chandler type player"

Who would be an accurate comparison?

A young Tyson Chandler is pretty much the best example

WCS could suceed with Melo. Hes basically a slimmer Andre Drummond. Hes going to get a ton of rebounds, lobs, and putback points

Would work great alonside Cousins or on Charlotte with Big Al, but not on the Knicks.

Firstly, half of them would kill themselves if he was selected, secondly, they lack talent and need a point guard, desperately, bpa would be Mudiay or Russell making them correct selection.

Taller rodman. Not quite the rebounder but a versatile defender. If you can cover 5 to 3 there isn't a current comp

Exactly

He's not a superstar, main option piece

He's a guy that serves as the Deandre Jordan/Rim protector role

Exactly what Sacramento needs and not what New York particularly needs compared to other priorities like another capable scorer besides Melo. JR is gone. Iman is gone. Kings have 2 20+ PPG scorers, and another 2-3 double digit ones too.

Geat benefit in that is that Cousins doesn't have to spend so much energy on the defensive end and rebounding the basketball, can go just on a otherworldly offensive tear constantly, which is pretty much what he already does, but magnified.

Like the way you think nikka:

He literally has the same measurements as Tyson Chandler when he came into the league but he's much further along on the defensive end than Chandler at that point not to mention much quicker and more athletic. Your young Rodman comparison wasn't that bad either but he's closer to Tyson as a rim protector and lob finisher but nowhere near the offensive player rodman was.

Myles Turner?

How many centers who shot 46% from the floor in college went on to have successful NBA careers?

Kings aint drafting no one

That pick is going to Denver for Ty Lawson, Wilson Chandler and a future 1st

How does a Ryan Anderson + a Pels 2016 1st for #6 and Thompson or Landry sound?

Ryno gives DMC all the space he wants down low and would thrive with Karl's offense IMO.

I really hope Lawson gets trades. But that's a lot of value to give up unless porzingis becomes a superstar.

Who are the couple guys you want the nugs to get there?
