Why so shook?

We've been down for a good five years and could be down for the foreseeable future until one of these new prospects we've acquired develops into players that are actually worth a shit, yet for some reason a # 2 lottery pick is enough to have half the forum shook at the Lakers slowly rebuilding.

Not only have we been down, we've had rotten luck as of late as well ( CP3 nix, Dwight leaving, Kobe hurt, Randle injury) The one bright spot has been a 46th pick by the name of Jordan Clarkson, but even then it's just a rookie ballin on a bad Team...So why so shook? :confusedshrug:

I might not be an "anyone" fan anyway... I've always followed players more than teams since I grew up watching MJ, but it would be nice to go to some Laker games too if they're good. I went to a few Clippers games this year that were fun and would have gone to some Laker games if they weren't such garbage. I have been to a Lakers game before though... It was Christmas day 08 against the Celtics
