Pot Roast
Baked Ribs
Either one of these I'm a killer. Impeccable flavor and the meat falls off the bone every time.

Did you know that "fall off the bone" is a bad trait for ribs? If you were to enter a BBQ contest the judges would subtract points for the meat falling off the bone.
The meat on properly cooked ribs will still pull cleanly from the bone but it is still stuck to the bone, you have to actually pull it off the bone.

Carolina pulled pork barbecue. I start with a bone-in pork shoulder, brine it overnight, coat with my secret spice rub and smoke it over hickory coals for 11 hrs. Pulled off the bone and served with my homemade Eastern NC sauce.

Any type of grilled sandwich. I fry in a mixture of grass fed butter and truffle oil. I use a honey oat bread. Cheese and meat combo vary. My favorite is halepeno cheddar and tuna premixed with mayo, chopped celery and Himalaya pink salt. But the sweetness of the bread and the creaminess of the butter and truffle oil are the combo. The make it really work only pour the truffle oil while the sandwich is frying

I like baking. Particularly cakes, cookies, and brownies, but I generally prefer easy to make store bought packages.
