If you think there was only a little fire at WTC, you either don't know the facts or you're dishonest. The truther documentaries were deliberately dishonest on this fact. WTC 7 was a large building and one side of it was engulfed in flames over several floors.


Why did building 7 go down like a demolition?
There are many, many in which in did not go down like a demolition.

In a controlled demolition, the building retains its structural integrity until the moment the "shaped-charge' explosives were set off. WTC 7 was showing signs of a weakened structure hours before it fell and this is why the NYPD pulled people away from the building. They building was not standing up straight, in fact one corner was bulging under the strain.

A controlled demolition takes extensive preparation. You need to actually rip out everything covering the internal steel columns for the charges to work. If you don't the forces of the explosion are going follow the path of least resistance and the columns would remain standing. The tallest building ever demolished via controlled demolition is a lot shorter than WTC 7 which was like 600 feet tall. The preparation for that building took months of loud construction work.

A controlled demolition is very, very loud and the sharp BANGS associated with shape charges would heard like a mile away. You can't make them quiet, because to make the quiet, you lose the power to cut through steel. And since WTC 7 was 600 feet tall, its columns are thicker than the average building and would require even more powerful and thus large explosive charges.

Controlled demolitions leave tons of tell-tale pieces of evidence from all the blastiing caps, shape charges, detonating cord, etc, etc.

I've never watched a 9/11 conspiracy theory documentary in my life. My position has always been: I don't know, but there is much more to that day then what is being fed to us. Some terrorists training on monkey bars in the mountains of Afghanistan could not have pulled this off alone. What is the big picture goals from staging 9/11? I don't know. But you have all the facts right? The facts are widely and publically available to anyone remotely interested in this event. Conspiracists are always claiming that the fires were little little and isolated. To show this they show the side of the building that was not facing the twin towers. See here for an example.

This is about 6.5 hours at minimum. The NYFD created a collapse zone around the building about hours before it fell because of the issues I mentioned with structural integrity of the building.
