But boy oh boy that Tristan kid is one easy walnut. Its like hawks are running "whoever on TT" offense.

He's solid at everything. He doesn't bite on anything so shot fakes don't really work with him and so he's in good position to boxout. He hedges screen pretty good and recovers just in time. He jumps straight up when protecting the rim which alters shots and prevents fouls being called. He rebounds and runs the floor like a big should. Very good athlete with a natural feel for defense and a good motor. The only real defensive thing that is "bad" about him is that he doesn't have a strong presence (no intimidation factor) and isn't that tall.

He's definitely above average and not just slightly. Plays more valuable than his pay. Offensively however......

His team defense might be not completely awful, but one on one he gets beaten to the rim way to often after the switch. He should let them shoot the mid range rather than get an easy layup 50 times a game.

Been Cleveland 2nd best player the majority of the playoffs. Milsap and Horford both were pretty quiet last night.

Thompson shut Millsap the fk down last night.. I had paul playing on a fantasy team so I was paying extra attention to the matchup.. Paul would try to draw Tristan out to midrange and attempt quick spins and crossovers thinking he could blow by.... nope. Shut down every time and he is wayy weaker than thompson. His jumper is also broke.
