Thunder have more talent, but the Warriors click more. I say a toss up in 7 games.

Warriors in 5. IF Refs are involved with FT35 and Harden then its OKC in 7.

Whichever team doesn't have Kendrick Perkins starting and Scott Brooks coaching.

Who has HCA?
If Harden don't choke and Brooks don't insist on Perkins when the Warriors go small I say Thunder. Too much talent on one team, even if they don't have a good coach. But it's close.

I'm assuming we're giving Warriors HCA for the 67 wins.

I'd take them in 6. More team oriented ball with better bench/coaching > ISO heavy hero ball

thunder got to the finals by defeating the spurs who were demolishing everything in their path.

Good point.

San Antonio had won 20 straight games, the last 10 of the regular season and the first 10 of the playoffs, before Oklahoma City won the final four games of that series. I don't know if Golden State beats that San Antonio team, it's a good question.

The biggest mismatch in this series is on the sidelines with Scott Brooks and his stubbornness to match up with what Miami did in 2012 by going small. His refusal to play small cost Oklahoma City a legitimate chance of winning that series.

My Warriors would absolutely destroy them. In MAYBE 6 games. 5 games more likely.

Little boy >>>> Westbrook
Klay >> Harden
Barnes <<<<< Durant
Green = Ibaka
Bogut >>> Perkins

Kerr >>>>> Brooks

Obviously GSW has home court advantage. They just won 67 games or .817 win% compared to .712 by the Thunder (shortened season so we shouldn't look at wins).

Offensive Rating:
OKC: 109.8
GSW: 111.6

Defensive Rating:
OKC: 103.2
GSW: 101.4

GSW is incredibly deadly in the open court and OKC was dead last in the league in turnovers while GSW is 4th in the league in steals this season.

The Warriors are also on another level in terms of ball movement as seen by their APG which ranked #1 in the league this season. Conversely, OKC ranked dead last in APG in 12'. I bring up ball movement because GSW has a lot of excellent perimeter defenders to throw at Westbrook, Durant, and Harden.

Based on what these teams like to do and what their strengths and weaknesses are, I actually don't see OKC putting up much of a fight. It would either be a sweep or GSW in 5.
