i dont take pictures or videos in the gym. But i'll be sure to ask my friend to do it next time we hit it up. My body stats are: 235 pounds, 5'7". I'm a bodybuilder though, so 1500 is weak for my weight.

Could you start with just a pic of yourself to see if your physique even makes it believable?

why would your physique dictate strength? I know 150 pound guys who can deadlift 600 pounds. They look like your average slim white boy.

5'7" makes it more believable.

It doesn't. It dictates whether or not you're 5'7", 235 i.e., full of shit.

Thought this was going to be a thread about Zelenoff's punching power. Color me disappointed.

So, OP can deadlift 650, squat 500, and bench 410...
But can't muster the strength to push a button on a camera.

The only guy that comes even remotely close to that would probably be AbuC

I just had food poisoning last night, but if anyone is interested in a competition, we can put up vids and compare.
I'll only be doing the bench and overhead press ones since my hips are too tight to put up big numbers on squat and deadlifts.

Hey Plow do you do many pull ups?
I've been tinkering with a slightly new technique
Basically with a wide pull up grip, as I get to the top I stick my chest out and go horizontal slightly
Hits more upper back/retractors
Sort of like a hybrid between a pull up and an inverted row
Feels really good on my shoulders

I was skeptical but 5'7" 235 makes it somewhat believable. Those guys who are built like mailboxes have a big advantage at lifting heavy.

I bench 1500. Unweighted squats unweighted deadlift.

I know what you're talking about, and I do it the same way. Feels great.
At one point I was doing pull ups in my routine about 4 times a week. Started getting tight in the lats though, and it was really pulling and rounding my shoulders forward. Go a bit easier on them now, but I absolutely love doing them. Weighted pull ups feel awesome.

Lol, this guy ran for the hills like Nick Young after someone posted his Facebook. Appears to be full of shit. Although I'm curious to see what someone looks like who's 2" shorter than me and 70 lbs heavier.

Both these guys are about 5'6 and lift in the 220 lb class but in this pic they're probably somewhere between 230-240

Both look like chodes.
Not that we needed any more clarification since OP is most definitely full of shit. In here talking about his lifting stats when he is a bodybuilder. Why in the hell would anyone care how much they lift if they are bodybuilding? :oldlol:
I couldn't be bothered calling out OP originally, but whatever. Him and that riseagainst poster BS more than anyone on here about their lifting stats. Most of the actual lifters in the fitness thread see right through it.
