That's not saying much since the East still sucks. Turns out the Hawks are pretenders.

SMH @ John Wall's injury. They beat the Hawks if he doesn't get injured.

I have no doubt that that the Wizards win the series if Wall plays all the games.

The big thing is the Wizards have a new model to use offensively for the regular season, I expect them to win 50+ next year now that they realize using the spread 4 is the way to go.

Also, the Wiz are going to make a hard run for Durant and/or Demarcus Cousins, better believe that! Wiz + Durant would take the East.

These stupid f*cking Hummingbirds had to rob us of an epic Wizards/Cavs showdown. I know Wiz would have at least put up a fight instead of getting their asses stuffed like a turkey at Home.

Obvious to anyone with a brain. One of the funniest arguments for that series win being legit was that 'Wall was historically bad against the Hawks' and him playing wouldn't matter anyway.

Damn we Bullets fans are lucky sobs to be having a player 'historically bad' with a broken hand averaging 15p+/10a+ for the series. Future is bright.

Agreed. The Hawks got exposed as fools gold in the Wizards series. I knew they didn't stand a chance against LeBron. They got hot in January and looked good for awhile, but the were never as good as their record indicated. Probably the weakest #1 seed and 60 win team in the history of the league.

Hawks were taken to 6 by the 38 win Nets. They have been weak since the playoffs started.

Wizards need more help on the bench to get them through the regular season. They have blown so many draft picks and it has really killed their depth.

The Wizards sold a 2nd round pick to the Lakers last year which the Lakers used on Jordan Clarkson. :facepalm

I agree i thought wall and irving would have been great. Teague seems like the only consistent atlanta player so far. paul millsap is being out worked and out hustled. Plus ofcourse paul pierce would have done a better job at making lebron busy on the defensive end.

however they have some work to do this off season

they have the 19th pick for the draft this year. Lets see i would select kaminsky if he is there because i believe he will contribute right away if he isnt then kevin looney of UCLA or Christian wood.

Pierce would like and should stay for less
Temple as well.

They could let butler, bynum and seraphin walk. specially seraphin since he wants a higher pay and more role.

they could use nene's contract to a team that needs a 4 as a sign and trade to get a younger player that can help them.. like a tristan thompson.
