Curry is more efficient and a better play maker and better defender at his position.

Curry is a better point guard defender than Durant at defending small forwards.

Curry is the leader of a number 1 ranked Defense. Durant will probably never be a member of a number 1 ranked defense. Small Forward is too vital to a team's defense and if your wing defender is Kevin Durant you have a huge hole in your D.

It was just about a scorer doing that well in general. He didn't mean the exact criteria of 40 points on >85% TS, because neither Kobe nor Jordan ever did that.

All of LeBron, Durant, Dirk, and Kobe have 40+ point games with 60-70+ TS% over the last 4 years. Only one of them ever did it on a TS% >80 though, and that was Dirk - twice.

Still can't call someone a chucker though if the shots go in. To me a chucker has to be someone who shoots more than they should, or excessively takes shots they shouldn't. Curry doesn't shoot more than he should, and there's no shot he shouldn't be taking anyways lol, outside of halfcourt heaves.

You are going to be better defensively with Steph Curry at the point and a defensive minded Small Forward compared to if you had Durant at SF with a defensive minded point guard. Not to mention Steph Curry's team is going to be better at offense too. If you aren't bringing studly defense at the wing then you are hurting your team. Good defenses need elite wing defenders.

Hold the L my friend. Hold it graciously.

Durant stans avoiding this post like the plague. :oldlol:
