I think when a once in a generation player like Lebron comes along, anyone who is a fan of basketball has a small part of their heart that feels somewhat bad and dissapointed that their success in the finals don't match their overall ability and talent.

I want GSW to win, but despite this I will think its just a bit of a shame that Lebron couldn't get to 3/6 because people will look back in the future and use these meaningless numbers like 2/5 to justify how good of a player he was or wasn't when in reality he is easily top 5-10 of all time taking into account his overall ability to take a team from rags to riches.

Seeing Lebron go 2/6 is my real Championship.

Witnessing Lebron go to the Finals every year and losing is what I look forward to the most.

I honestly can't wait till next year when Lebron is 2/7.

How high you think this shit will go, soldier?!

He keeps coming with these whack East teams, he might go as high as 2/8 :biggums:

Rather see Curry get 1/1 and be on the path to perfection than a tainted 3/6.

Those that don't understand the importance of winning when you have a team
good enough to get there are just excuse makers that know nothing about basketball. Stay small, hold the L, and keep making excuses for this fraud.

When all is said and done, I think he can go as high as 2/10. Never underestimate the heart of a champion. I'd be pretty content with Lebron reaching double digits in Finals Losses. We are all witnesses.

Sorry to spoil the party...but no matter what happens in the Finals...

Lebron is still almost universally regarded as the best player in the game.

umm.. if curry wins the title and finals mvp to go with his season mvp. his hype train will go through the roof

i've never once in my life heard of a player that won all 3 things in one season and wasnt "universally regarded as the best player in the game"

Hakeem in his '94 season.

And sorry, but even if Curry does go on to win a title and FMVP...NO, just NO.

If there were a GM draft right after the Finals, with every player being released into the draft...Lebron would be a runaway first pick.

LeBeta gonna go 2/6 and get swept for the second time, to go along with his epic chokejob in 2011 and the biggest whupping ever in NBA Finals history last year.

Find it pure comedy that little white dudes talk trash on a computer their mommy got them. Embrassing that no one really talks basketball on this forum. This Forum nothing but little white kids jealous of rich black athletes. Lebron has better life than yours.

jordan wasnt in the game...

and i dunno how that translates... curry will have done this with lebron in the league this season... if jordan played all of 94 and hakeem won both mvps and the title... people woulda said jordan slipped a peg or 2

What is this nerd even talking about? All us real ballers that actually play basketball talk about on the courts bron's 2/5 and soon to be 2/6 as not top 10 worthy. Curry will be 1/1 and is a 6/6 waiting to happen. Bron is yeasterday soews.

Umm there's pretty much no argument for anyone over Hakeem in 94. With no Jordan, he was easily the best player in the league.

I'm not so sure about that. Lebron is on the decline, Steph is possibly only getting better. Steph is probably the best player in the playoffs so far. On top of that, he's probably the most clutch player in the league. So if this trend continues into the finals, he definitely has an argument. They would clearly be the top 2 players in the league at least.

Don't pay him any mind. He has an obvious agenda where he hates on Hakeem/Kareem/other GOAT big men/centers other than Wilt in every thread here. He's extremely insecure about his boy being a GOAT choker and 2/6. It's quite pathetic, but we put up with it.

In the battle of the loser department .. lebrons still lagging behind guys like baylor and west who arent top 10

If a guy is a career loser. Then i guess finals losses could be used in a possitive way in comparison to other chokers..

Who choked the most! ... i think baylor is the all time worst in that department

Isnt he like 0 for 8 or something
