Who here works for a medium- to -large sized organization and has to put up with ridiculous shit that interferes with you accomplishing your mandate? Share your experiences and how you managed it.
I, for one, am dealing with a office reorganization that has involved people who don't understand the work we do deciding what material can be destroyed without consulting the people who use it. How have I dealt with this? Taken a long walk to avoid sending furious emails and telling myself there will be asses kicked tomorrow. (hopefully by then I calm down)
