Adam Silver still doing Stern's work.

Lebron gets a free pass to the Finals.

Bron playing like shit so they have to bail him out. This guy really is a straight fvcking joke and it's a damn shame that this is happening to the Cleveland franchise who has a very nice team that only wants to play straight up basketball. Fvcking clown I swear.... :lol

oh the horror
05-24-2015, 09:44 PM
The league didn't make him do what he did.

But an ejection seems ridiculous to me. This series is a joke all the way around.

He swung an elbow with the intent to hurt. You don't throw elbows just to skim someone's head. The end result of him missing doesn't mean it's not an ejection. That's a dangerous play.

Weak call by the refs but Horford knows better

Stern's work was to mind control Horford to drop an elbow? :biggums:

   How does the league fix a play like that. I'll try. Adam Silver to Delly: "If there's a loose ball, make sure you get tangled up with Al so he can throw an elbow at you. Then we can eject him!"

No way is this an ejection in the 90's.

Soft rules for a soft league.

If he truly wanted that elbow to connect in a big way then it would have.

And this isn't some "fix". This is just some soft ass shit in a soft ass league.

He deserved ejection as much as JR in Boston and Taj last series. At least Smith made it look accidental believable by not even making eye contact. Rules are rules. Nothing new or special going on here so idk why anyone acting like that. The real bs is delly getting a tech for getting upset he was elbowed.

I thought it should have been a flagrant 1 but the way they've been officiating the last few seasons it's not a shocking ejection. Unfortunately the league has gone overboard in the effort to make sure no one ever fights.

I tell ya, Delladog is lucky Horford didn't smash him to a bloody pulp, dirty little rat falling into his leg like that, could have caused serious injury.

He's a fellow Aussie but I hate to say it, he's like a dirty, less talented Patty Mills.

Horford deserved the ejection. Dude thinking he's The Rock out there throwing people's elbows.

If JR Smith had done this, the league would be trying to suspend him for half of next season.

So elbowing a guy, away from the ball, with the intention to hurt him is not a flag 2?

What is then? What has to happen for a flag 2? People always say this on every play. Apparently nothing is a flag 2.

The stress from the Bron haters right now is soooo beautiful.

He's literally doing everything you guys have hated on him for not doing. It's so magnificent. After an awful 1st he thoroughly dominated the game. Dudes the best in the biz.

Cleveland may not beat GS but Bron gives no shits anymore, and there's no doubt in my mind that he's gonna go all out. Gotta respect that.

Intentionally elbowing someone in the head is an automatic ejection, and it should be.

Not even any momentum by the time he connects. :oldlol: https://vine.co/v/eqxzYTD6BtH Watch again , you boy connects with dellys chin after pulling him down then tries to throw his arms up like he didn't do anything. Dirty pos, then grabs his knee like he is hurt, and after the game admitted it was intentional. If this isn't a one game suspension then the league is fixed. Look for dellys tech to be taken away as it was completely unwarranted. I mean look up the Fricken definition of a flagrant 2 or just watch the link.

A flagrant foul-penalty (2) is unnecessary and excessive contact committed by a player against an opponent. It is an unsportsmanlike act and the offender is ejected immediately

It's a simple rule, and Horford clearly violed it, so he got ejected.

So you want rulings made on intent? How the heck does that even work?

If they upgrade the foul he's gone because he'll be at 4 FF points and 4 is an automatic one game suspension

So you want rulings made on intent? How the heck does that even work?

Rulings are always made based on intent.

Going for the ball and accidentally hitting someone is very different from punching/elbowing them on purpose.

So you want rulings made on intent? How the heck does that even work?

You want ruling based on incidental contact that happens to hurt somebody?

The wind up is what they look for to determine intent.
