Stat nerds help me out, when did this happen last? Remember perimeter players only

probably never, i mean youd need to get 20 assists and 10 rebounds

or 20 rebounds and 10 assists

or 15 of each

thats crazy. i dont think anyone has been able to get 31 reb + assists combined in the post season, but i could be wrong

Without taking the time to really research this...

Magic in the last game of the '91 Finals (his LAST game until he would comeback five years later for a brief run)...

11 rebounds, and 20 assists.

I'm certain Jason Kidd has done this a few times himself.

in the playoffs:

rondo 20 ast/11reb
magic had 20/11 too
duncan had a 20rb/10 assist game in the finals
garnett 22/10
duncan again 20/10
kidd 19ast/16 reb
fat lever 18 ast/16 reb

turns out I was wrong and it seems to have happened a handful of times

done 4 times by perimeter players

although none of them scored over 20 points. lebron had 37 points.

As a side-note...I know OP said "perimeter player"...Chamberlain had a known game of

53 points, on 24-29 FG/FGA, with 32 rebounds, and 14 assists.

If you are including the regular season, Magic has done it many times, with at least a few in which he scored 30+ points.

He shot 37 times but was injured in 5 places.... Anyone who believes that was dropped on their head as a kid.

In regular season, Westbrook did it 49-15-10 this year
Carter had a 46-16-10 game back in the day
Bron had 45-15-13
Kidd had 38-14-14
Grant Hill had 35-15-14
Kobe had 33-15-12 and 33-14-12 in back to back games

There's many performances like that, I've only wrote the tip of the iceberg here

So? Most of these players and a few inches shorter than Bron too, so it's only fair that 2-3 missed rebs/assists are not considered worse performances

Kobe with 17-47:lebronamazed:
BOSTON (AP) -- Kobe Bryant heard the "Beat L.A.'' chants
bouncing around the FleetCenter and knew he was involved in
something special.

"I told Paul (Pierce) it was just like the old days,'' Bryant
said. "It felt like we were part of history. The old days of Larry
and Magic. But that leprechaun is still walking around the
rafters.''

Except for the part that Larry or Magic would never miss 30FGA

I wonder who the last big man to achieve these numbers was...

J/k, 32 rebounds+14 assists has never happened again, regardless of scoring.
