Recommend me a new TV series

I am studying and need a somewhat serious (but not Breaking Bad serious) show to get down with for breaks.

Shows I've liked:
Daredevil
Shield
GoT
Vikings
Sherlock
Elementary
Dexter

There seems to be nothing out there. I tried watching the Wire but Season 1 starts off with them on typewriters. I just don't think I can handle it - just past its time.

The rest is terrible. This is a good recommendation though, feel free to watch the first season and see if you can stomach the rest.

True Detective!!!! That's probably too serious, but you should watch it sometime.

I'd recommend Rick & Morty. It's an animated show, but really good TV. Watch at least one episode, and if you like it, watch the rest of the season. Has 9.2 on IMDb, and season 2's coming out this year.
