That has zero chance of happening. USA has too much national pride and faith in the state. Even people who don't love the government love the troops, as paradoxical as it seems. Commercials on TV, people are constantly told how great America and American made things are. There will be no race wars. that's what cokeheads in the 60s used to think would happen but it never panned out and it won't go out.

Other countries are much more racist than USA, and Americans know it. Even liberal nations like Germany, France, Sweden and Holland are far more racist than USA currently is.

Despite the racism still prevalent, USA is far more integrated than 99% of the other multicultural societies on the planet.

If America was ever drawn into a full scale war it would be very interesting to see what would happen domestically. If it is a conventional war, we tend not to be the aggressors historically, so I would imagine the public would be behind US action. A war with China would have to involve China make the first strike. We all know how badass the US is when we are all unified in mind and purpose. Theres no doubt that either China or Russia would try to use the US ethnic instability to its advantage and promote greater freedom to blacks and Hispanics. Russia and China distrust each other militarily. An alliance would be more economic based than a military alliance. The only way we lose is the nuclear option and that is mutually assured distruction. If they band together they have to face a coalition of USA/UK/ANZACS/South Korea, a re-militarized Japan and who knows what else. I like our chances. You'd get a chance to see what control of the air does in a conventional war. It would initially be an offensive war on the behalf of Russia/China then quickly turn into a defensive one. Yes, the US won't be the dominant superpower forever. But we aren't going anywhere anytime soon. The Romans dominated for centuries. Even when it collapsed, it existed in Constantinople for another millennium or so.
