obviously, the sample is going to be small, but you have basically no shot vs the cavs, if you cant take advantage of lebron being out of the game.

props to the cavs. they are playing hard

If Zach Lowe said what Zach Lowe said then what Zach Lowe said must be true at the time Zach Lowe said what Zach Lowe said.

Basektball reference has the Cavs ORTG as +12.3 with LeBron on the floor during the season

Their ORTG in the playoffs is +0.8 with LeBron in the floor

The thing is when LeBron is off the floor, the bench has been performing pretty well. Dellavedova owned Rose, and the Bulls/Atlanta benches never really showed up.

Not an exact quote, but he also said something like:

Houston with Harden is only a -1 in the series against the Warriors, and a -27 with him on the bench.

do people realize that the other team also rests some of their starters when lebron comes out? This is specially true for the spurs from pretty much all the game.

So the Cavs have a better bench than the other team's bench. Cool.

Yup. They all shot like crazy except for Lebron. If he was passing to himself, he'd average 1 assist a game.

Let me be straight up with you guys. If a teams bench sucks, it's indicative on the stars of the team. Why do you ask? Because the stars of the team are the ones scrimmaging with these guys at practice. If you practice against the best players, you are bound to get better. If the stars are giving it their all in practice and embarrassing the bench/role players in practice, the bench should be good in the games against the other team's bench.

Does this make sense to anyone or am I reading too much into this? There's a reason that almost every championship team has 1 or 2 or 3 DEPENDABLE/VERY GOOD players coming off the bench. But you also can't turn a pile of crap into good playing players, but you can turn them into hard-nosed players that play D.

Much respect to Lebron turning all the scrubs on the Cavs into serviceable players :applause: No sarcasm.

Wow. They should bench LeBron more often. Only play him in the first quarter or something.

He's right, but its a small sample size. In 107 minutes Cleveland is +14.7 with him on the bench. They're +9.2 with him on the floor so they're killing teams regardless.

Not surprised, it was frustrating as a Bulls fan to see our leads shrink or defecits get bigger while LeBron was on the bench :(
