Looking at this dunk, I wouldn't say much.

He has declined which is normal, but more than his athleticism, it is his stamina that declined the most

His one foot jump when in stride is still great, but he`s not so quick off the floor as before and his lateral quickness is not quite what it was. Still excelent, though.

Slightly smaller from weight loss
Ball handling worse.
Coordination worse.
Speed same, maybe even greater than past few years
Jumping about same. Not peak levels
Jumpshot/finishing significant regression.
Stamina much worse

Looking at this dunk, I wouldn't say much. The thing about slight aging (hitting 30) isn't so much a flat-out loss in vertical or whatever else, but more so a decrease in peak tendency/frequency, meaning James has moments where he's close to flying as high as he always had, but they don't come along nearly as readily or often.

Also, I'd agree with AirFederer when he said his lateral quickness isn't what it once was. I watched, like, a 10-minute dunk clip of James a few months back and the speed and ferocity was kind of nuts by comparison. As it so happens, he was so elite in terms of everything that even a tiny step down is still really elite.

Nice. I once thought you were a stan. haha. This is true.

His handles is what really caught me by surprise. He really coughs some shit up. I think his J is actually better now, he's just in a huge slump. His skill level is higher, but at the rim finishing with contact and stuff fell off. And that dribbling...
