View Full Version : Lets Be Real: LeBron Haters Are Getting Scared Right Now

LeBron is 4 wins away from winning it all with 3 ex-Knicks (2 of them being traded for nothing), a guy people called a bust before the year, and a hurt Irving. Absolutely no doubt in my mind they handle GS, and win it. And the reaction from it will be amazing. Remember the 2013 Finals meltdown this board had? It's going to be like that but x3. LeBron is a about to win it all with role players. Super star team my ass :oldlol:

Kyrie Irving is back and looking healthy.
So that makes the Cavs:
LeBron James (11x Allstar)
Kyrie Irving (3x Allstar)
J.R. Smith (6th Man of the Year)
Now let's compare it to the 2009 Lakers:
Kobe Bryant (17x Allstar [11x in 2009])
Pau Gasol (5x Allstar [2x in 2009])
Lamar Odom (6th Man of the Year [didn't win it until 2011])
If LeBron James is supposed to be that much better than Kobe Bryant then he should have no problem winning the championship with his squad as it's currently constructed: 2 Allstars, 1 Sixth Man of the Year.
All while cakewalking through the pathetic Leastern Conference.

You can never come back if Lebron goes 2/6. The shame of back to back years of empty hype will be too much.
And we all know that Warriors home court is going to kill the Cavs (the Hawks and Bulls fans were pathetic).

You can spin it anyway you want. We both know that when Cleveland wins this series, the narrative will be how LeBron fought the odds and carried a team of role players to the Finals after their 2nd option got hurt, and their 3rd was lost for season. There is a difference between what people say on ISH, and what they say in the real world. And Cleveland winning this series, only would do amazing things for LeBron's body of work. As for the Kobe stuff, you're going to have to find someone else to debate you about that. LeBron moved passed him awhile ago on all-time list. A Cleveland Finals win and you will see people putting him in the top 3.

Very little chance the Cavs win against the Warriors. If Love and Irving were healthy then obviously it changes.
Their only legit chance is for Della to injure Klay and or Steph.

That a great comparison. I don't really care about the Lebron-Kobe debate, both are great players. The only thing i would point out is the health of Kyrie and the fact that dominate bigs like Gasol have proven to be more valueable and important then point guards (no matter how great they are) when it comes to winning championships.

I think it would be extremely impressive to see him win a title with a really young team full of guys with almost no significant playoff experience and an injured frontcourt.
GS is clearly a better team so if they pull of that upset then I think it would be a huge legacy builder.

Kobe stans are beyond shook. And I don't even know why, because no one with any sense of objectivity thinks Kobe at his peak is as good or impactful as LeBron. The results of the Finals isn't going to change that.

This. You can sense the haters trying to talk themselves into Warriors being a lock. People are getting nervous. LeBron winning a title without Love and less than 100% Irving skyrockets him on all-time ranks. This
I personally have nothing against him except for the obvious fact that he's been a roadblock to the Finals for the Bulls. I wouldn't mind seeing him win one for Cleveland but the OP and the rest of the dopes like him makes me want to root against the guy even if I don't want to.
The pathetic thing is that if the Cavs win, the OP will be here endlessly talking shit, if they lose, he won't bother logging on like the coward ass pvssy he is, even if we all know he'll be lurking like a beta bitch.
and the lebron haters aren't just as toxic or more? come on bruh

I knew about that link before and it doesn't work for free on the PS3. I use FirstRowSports, not the greatest quality but watchable.
Take my criticism as a wake up call, your endless Silkk jock riding is cringeworthy, bro. It's on a adoloscent girl getting her panties wet for Beiber cawk level awkward, right up there with Fudge on Budadiiii's dick level weird. Just saying, dude.

Some of them are, but it's more the fanatical Kobe fans. Me, I like poking fun at the more delusional LeStans who want to make people believe LeBron is already the GOAT. I know they know they're full of shit but I get into it for shits and giggles, I really have nothing against LeBron, it's his annoying bitchbois who rile me up:rant :lol

Very little chance the Cavs win against the Warriors. If Love and Irving were healthy then obviously it changes.
Their only legit chance is for Della to injure Klay and or Steph.
Don't count that out as a possibility, seriously.....

I think most sensible fans will give Lebron more than his share of the credit if the Cavs beat the Warriors.
It's just not hating to point out that the path to the finals these last 5 years overall has been absurdly easy compared to the West...and that margin for error just makes life a lot easier.
I mean...they just went 12-2 in the East while losing Love and Kyrie to injuries...losing JR for 2 games in the 2nd round...with Lebron in the worst range shooting slump of his prime.
I mean...you combine all that with the overwhelming evidence that these other East teams aren't good...and I think it's pretty obvious that the East overall outside the Cavs just sucked.
Doesn't mean the Cavs aren't great. Doesn't mean they can't beat the Warriors (although I doubt it if Kyrie isn't right, but if he's healthy they definitely have a shot imo)...
All it means is that their competition to get to the finals sucked. That should be about as close to an objective truth in the NBA as it gets.
