How is this scrub given a pass year after year? He is not a top 5 player, and has been vastly overrated on this board ever since his 08-09 season.

Curry is not even close to as good as Chris Paul was in 08, 09 before he hurt his knee. He's not even better than him now, idiot.

Prime Curry is league MVP and playing in the finals PRIME CP3 shit the bed against kobe/spurs/nuggets. 08 loss to the spurs with HCA, 09 lost to the nuggets and had one of the worst playoffs loss of all-time. Stop overrating ball-dominant PGs. When was the last time one lead a team to the NBA CHip

Curry is currently better than CP3 ever was.Nah, he's just playing on a much better defensive team with reliable role players that step up (ex. Barnes yesterday). Even this season, the only reason the Warriors were better than the Clippers was because of their far better defense and depth - 2 things Curry has little to do with. Offensively, Paul was the one that still led the better offense despite playing with worse offensive support.

CP could never go 7-21 in a close out game against an elite team and still win by being bailed out by his defense and others guys stepping up, that's the difference.

History will probably remember Curry as the better player because of how dominant the Warriors have been but he's not better than CP on either end. He's not as good at running an offense and he doesn't defend better either.
