This. I always find it hilarious how Americans think athletes in other sports will be great soccer players because they are freakishly athletic. Does anyone really think a player who is nearly 7 feet tall can play football? Only Americans can think players like Dwight Howard or Kobe Bryant can become legendary soccer players like it's that easy.

People forget that football requires an insane amount of skill with the ball. That's why the best player in the world is a midget who is dominating in unprecedented fashion. That's why the best midfielders of this generation are semi-balding midgets(Xavi and Iniesta) who were never known for athleticism. It's because they were wizards with the ball.
