Too bad they're going to lose 4 games in the Finals too.

Any team from the West would have had zero losses. But sure, let's force ourselves to believe the Cavs are better than they really are.

GOAT team. If they don't win the Finals, it would be a disgrace.
Is that what you were striving for, dumbass? Come up with something original for once.

What the Cavs have done since mid-January is pretty amazing and I don't care what qualifications people try to put on it. They were 15-1 against the West since Jan. 15 and that includes wins against all of the top teams. The lone loss was in Houston without Kyrie and it went into OT.
Overall, since Jan. 15, the Cavs are now 46-10. When you consider the way the season started and then the massive amounts of new pieces, roster shake-ups, lineup changes and recent injury issues that the team has had to endure, a winning percentage of 82% is almost mind-blowing.
Win or lose this series, the season went from a potential embarrassing disaster to an unmitigated success.

So are they great or huge underdogs? Pick a side and stop being such a dicksucking piece of garbage.

Gasol was the biggest reason we lost Game 1 and Jimmy Butler was the only reason that series was as competitive as it was. Both indisputable facts.

Clearly huge underdogs.

One of the best teams in the league. RBA speaks truths when he posits that this team has been playing outstanding basketball for a lengthy duration now. A weak conference or not, this is a pretty darn good basketball team.
GS will be their biggest test yet...

Clearly huge underdogs.
I wouldn't go that far.
They aren't the favourites but the gap between both teams isn't as sizable as your agenda selling ass would have it seem...

Clearly huge underdogs.
In that case the East is absolute shit

Disagree. There are no moral victories in basketball. For the Cavs' season to be considered a success, they have to win the championship. Anything else is a loser's mentality and shouldn't be tolerated.

OK, motivational speaker.
It all depends on your expectations. I did not think the Cavs were going to win a title in this first year together with a first year head coach and this much young, inexperienced talent. That was before two of our best three players were injured. And, before I knew we'd be playing a 100% healthy Golden State team.
It would be awesome if we won... but it isn't mandatory for this to be a successful season and a major step in the right direction. To me.
Feel free to disagree.
Why are the usual suspects so feckin' mad about this thread? Unlike many other threads this is thread is based on a very straight forward fact.
Now it either has to do with the weak East, or with Cavs actually being really good.
If Kyrie somehow gets healthy enough, I don't think they are underdogs.

I'm trying to figure out how to word this without sounding like a dick, because I seriously mean no harm by what I'm about to say... As a Cavaliers fan, do you EVER have the expectation of winning a championship?

Finals are taking too long. Fcking NBA made us wait 1 whole week.
This kinda of thread wouldn't exist had the finals started and we could be talking about important stuff about the finals.
