Chances of Tom Thibodeau becoming Thunder's new assistant coach?

The Thunder have agreed to hire former Pelicans coach Monty Williams as an assistant under Billy Donovan.....and OKC is still searching for another coach with "a strong defensive pedigree."

if Thibs was at the end of his coaching career you could see him taking a position like this as a mentor type role but he's still got a lot of miles on him and lots to prove.. taking an assistant job right now would make it appear as he's accepted he's not head coach material at this time
