View Full Version : For All the Amazing Mathematicians on ISH (Regarding 2/6) LMAO

It's not 2/6....

It's 2-4.

2 wins, 4 losses.

LeBron has went to 6 NBA Finals. He didn't lose 6 times in the Finals. You go by wins and losses not attempts.

For the Kindergartners here, let me KISS it for you. That means keep it simple, stupid...

Muhammad Ali has a boxing record of 56-5. He has 61 fights in total. The amazing mathematicians would say he was 56/61  He won 56 fights and lost 5 times. It's not that hard to figure out.

If you want to clown and/or troll LeBron, at least know what you are talking about. Everyone in the modern world knows it's 2-4 except dick jugglers on this forum.

2-4 and 2/6 are different things

2-4 represents Win-Loss whereas 2/6 represents Wins/Total Attempts

So if you go up to bat 6 times in baseball and only get 2 hits it should be called going 2-4?

Wow, really? I guess I was right about the demographics on this forum...

Okay, let me type this as slow as possible...

Look, the Warriors record is 67-15. They are not 67/82. You don't go by attempts, you go by wins and losses. It's a record.

Kobe is 5-2 in the finals.

Baseball at bats are attempts just like stats are attempts. You don't attempt in wins and losses. :biggums:

God damn, writing it this way it almost makes it look even better when compared to Bron.

5-2 > 2-4

So Jordan's best 8 year stretch is 6-0-2?

Either way, every attempt to down play Hakeem, bonifies Russell's status.

Does this need to be explained?

2/5 = 2 successes out of 5 attempts
2-3 = 2 successes and 3 failures

Either way, he has more losses than wins

LeBron is 2-4 vs The Larry O'Brien trophy despite a significant height, weight and reach advantage.

There are those here who rank Hakeem highly because of his "2/3." Somehow going 2/3 is much better than going 2/5. Not only that, but losing eight times in the first round, most of which were series blowouts, is completely ignored, as well.

BTW, while I think the Warriors will win the Finals, Lebron's "2/6" hasn't happened yet.

2-6 means 2 out of 6 times. Fractions, in this case, is a measure to indicate a percentage, not win/loss.
