I keep seeing analysts on ESPN comparing these two teams and Lebron to A.I.

Do you feel like it is an accurate comparison?

I feel as though this Cavs team is slightly better than that 76ers team. Neither team would beat that Lakers team but I feel like the Cavs are more talented than the 76ers.

76ers

Allen Iverson
Dikembe Mutombo
Aaron McKie
Tyrone Hill
Eric Snow
Jumaine Jones
George Lynch
Raja Bell
Kevin Ollie
Todd MacCulloch
Matt Geiger
Rodney Buford

Cavs

Matt Dellavedova
Joe Harris
Brendan Haywood
Kyrie Irving
LeBron James
James Jones
Shawn Marion
Mike Miller
Timofey Mozgov
Kendrick Perkins
Iman Shumpert
J.R. Smith
Tristan Thompson

Which team would win in a 7 game series? Who has more talent around them A.I or Bron?

How many rings would Lebron win if you replace Irving with A.I. on this roster?

I feel like JR Smith is more talented than anyone outside of AI and Mutombo. Lebron is equal to or better than them both put together. The Sixers played their roles better but yes, the Cavs are definitely more more talented.

I think it's better to compare 07 Cavs to the 01 Sixers which I think the Sixers edges them.

Sixers in 7. Who is going to stop Iverson getting to the basket time and time and time and time and time and time again?

You don't think Lebron can keep A.I. out the paint?

LMAO

That Team never had a JR Smith nor a Kyrie Irving. Not even close.

Mutombo was too old to be anywhere near as effective as Mozgov as a rim protector.

Mutombo was 5th NBA in block per game and led the 01 playoffs in blocks per game.

I dont have the opp fg% was for that year on me, but I would say he did more than enough of a good job as a rim protector, even better than Mozgov.

The team who has more than one player capable of scoring the ball.

Cavs sweep

01 Lakers didn't sweep these 76ers...no chance the Cavs do. Like Legends66 said, Philadelphia was more than capable of locking people down. Not only that but you weren't stopping Iverson. Literally no one could back then. He would drop 50 on these Cavs (probably inefficiently though heheh). I think Cavs at full strength still end up taking it in 6 or 7 though.
