I started working out again Today, im 210 lbs exactly, havent worked out since leaving my college football team 2 years ago (played for San Diego State).

When i played for SDSU, i trained so intense. I think i got bored of working out, i accomplished everything so i stopped completely. When i stopped i slowly lost majority of my body..i had a reggie bush build going on

Girls still think im buff..and ripped but i dont see it
