klay getting his first this year, lebron already with two, and kd yet to get on the board due to injuries to him and his teammates

i'll say ... kd, because to me, they have the brightest future and their new head coach will probably lead them to 4-5 championships over the next 10 years.

i dont think durant will be the number 1 guy for all the championships but i think he'll stay long term in okc and be a duncan type player for okc going into his late 30's. i think sam presti and bill will put them in a position to succeed for a very long time.

ring count at end of their careers:

durant - 5

lebron - 3

klay thompson - 1

of those 3?

Durant. He's just too special of a talent to not win a few. If anyone is going to follow in Duncan/Kobe's footsteps and win 5 rings, it's him. If he played in the East, he could match Jordan and get 6.

Lebron. Durant will go ringless. He is Charles Barkely of this generation.

You are right about everything other than that "we have not seen their peak yet"
Durant was just unlucky to run into 2012 lebron and the heat.
Durant will join lebron in top 10 all time by the time he retires.

Easily KD.

The most talented player of this generation....and the GOAT scorer..Him and Russ can build a dynasty if they don't keep getting injured.

LeBron is a choker, coward and a beta...while Klay is a spot shooter and nothing more.

Lebron or Klay.

KD will stay ringless, Simon.

LeBron, he already has two and plays in an easier conference to get to the Finals.

Sad reality. KD will also jump ship from OKC one day. I really think he might go to the Wizards at some point. DC is getting good again too.

Constant injuries and running into Lebron at a young age might have stopped Durant/OKC from winning a title. Not saying their window is closed, but it's slowly moving there.

People 3 years ago said OKC was going to be a dynasty. You can never say that "such and such" will win multiple titles. Just like you can never say"such and such" will never win one.

i want to see a healthy okc vs the warriors

durant is only 26, he is bound to rack up rings before his career is over

That is the catch. We may never see OKC healthy again. Westbrook's style of plays leads to him being injury prone. And Durant quite possibly may never be the same after the Jones fracture. (Should be called the Beaubois fracture.)

Btw, Durant might as well be called 27 because his birthday is in Sept... and next NBA year he will play the whole year as 27...

Unsure how a team with star players nearing (not even at) the age players generally peak can have their championship window closing lol.. The only thing that can hold that team back is injuries.

wtf?

This makes no sense at all. How is their window closing when Westbrook and Durant are both just 26. If anything they haven't even hit their primes yet. If anything, if they stay together they haven't even really started.
