What was the first sport you played competitively?

I used to play in summer basketball rec leagues in middle school.

We usually had 3 tournaments during the summer and tons of practice. Ball handling, etc. I used to sometimes be a starter or a bench player depending on the team.

The coaches used to be mostly fresh college grads.

It was 6 hours a day, 5 days a week for 2 months.

One of my friends touched the rim for the first time during that summer. :applause:

I remember being like a Tony Allen that summer. I was a tenacious defender without a jumpshot. There was a game I had 3-4 steals, 2 blocks, and like 5 airballs. :lol

Joined the local soccer team when I was maybe 6. Started playing basketball around 12.

Oh wow I forgot about my travel soccer team in elementary school. I was a defender for 2 years on it.
