That 1996 team was amazing. They are pretty close to the 1992 team, considering Larry and Magic were well past their prime in 1992.

Magic wasn't that far removed from his prime. He had just missed that entire basketball season. The year before he was runner up MVP, and took the Lakers to the Finals?

But yes, the rest of what you said I agree with. Stockton was also injured on the '92 team, and Laettner didn't belong on that team. Nique, or Isiah should've been on there.

You throw slightly past prime, but still MVP Jordan on that 1996 Olympic Team and ... OMG they'd be ridiculous.

GP / MJ / Pippen on perimeter defense. With interior defense from Robinson and Hakeem?
