This is the NBA the absolute highest level of basketball in the world. only the greatest players in the world get to play this game.
If you lose. you lose. none of this injury excuses lack of talent excuses or certain team mates didnt bring their A game. A loss is a loss regardless of circumstance.
And as or this asterisk crap STOP. to win an NBA title is a mararthon type game. If you win the championship it is a clear cut indication that you and your team had what it takes to win the necessary games required to hold the trophy. regardless of circumstances.
Absolutely no agenda here
just no BS excuses or asterisk

It's only low class lebron fans trying to downplay another impending collapse/choke.
It's not like mavs fans said a possible heat victory inn 2011 was an asterisk considering dirk was injured and playing without his 2nd option the entire playoffs

Yep...that's why MJ was a complete flop in the first round of the '86 and '87 playoffs. When you take a 30-52 team down in flames against a HOF-laden 67-15 team with a 44 ppg series, ...no excuses.
Kareem in the '77 WCF's. SWEPT by Walton's Blazers. Of course, KAJ lost his PF late in the year and didn't have one at all in that series, and was without his two starting guards for two more games (and one of them for the entire series)...all while putting up a 30 ppg 14 rpg .607 FG% series (and doubled and tripled the entire series.) Choking loser.
Wilt in '62 and '65, when he basically took last place rosters to game seven losses by 2 and 1 points, against HOF-laden Celtic teams that won 60 and 62 games...with series of 34-27 and 30-31... Loser. No excuses.
Or Wilt in '68, when his team lost a seventh game by four points...all without a HOF teammate the entire series, and injuries to several more teammates, including himself. Basically half of his roster either injured, or missing games entirely...and losing a 7th game by four points. Choker.

They'll just see 2/6, which will probably end up about 3/10
