It was probably a noise complaint or something like that that started it but we can't be sure unless the police department confirms that they really did respond to a complaint that went "Hey, there are a lot of black people at my neighbor's place!" Even if that was the complaint I would be surprised if they admitted to that.

Anyway that cop abusing the girl should be investigated IMO. He shoved her head into the ground twice when the odds are she didn't commit any crime leading up to the disobedience of a crazed police officer. He wasn't there dealing with some serious crime, that level of force was completely uncalled for. I'm not sure but was he the same guy that rolled onto the scene at the start of the video? That was strange. If they're not dealing with hardened criminals cops should show some restraint. Justified or not. The cop was out of control and way too excitable to be running around with a gun and a badge. He was in McKinney, so I'm pretty sure they pay very well and have no shortage of quality officers trying to join their force. So he was basically shoved out. The lady who lost her job was also stupid for fighting with a teenager and yelling racial slurs. Yes these residents had every right to be upset that an unruly mob of trespassers invaded their community, but they are the adults. Gotta rise above the anger, call the cops and let them do the job of removing the riff raff.

This cop comes rushing in like it was an hostage situation and arrests every black kid that he sees (even the one that just got to the party and had no idea what was going on. Then he proceeds to slam a 14 year old girl to the ground as if she was a threat with plenty of cops on the scene.
