Sure Cavs won but he's one of the few players that can actually score.

:applause:

My thoughts too. If he played the 4th quarter, Cavs win without o.t. Offense is smoother with him in.

Here's the problem...if you play him more towards the end of games with the Warriors having a small lineup, you're going to leave a shooter open because he's not nearly as good chasing off or switching at the line as Thompson is. He's going to be out there if Eliza or Bogut is out there. Otherwise if he's out there with a small Warriors lineup, shooters are going to get shots.

He becomes a defensive liability when warriors go small. Moz can't defend anyone but Bogut. Sure he's a great rim protector, gs would be stretching him out and either shooting over him on perimeter or passing behind him.

He is just crushing Bogut. Bogut is making Mozgov look like Hakeem.

Yeah but the Warriors did not shoot the 3 well in this game. Once he came out they were seemingly able to get to the basket for some relatively uncontested layups.

I would let him play over thompson and take my chances on Green/Iggy hitting their 3s.

Statistically in the last 13-14 minutes of regulation with Mozgov on the bench the Cavs got outscored by 6.

The Cavs effectively became a jump shooting team (their closest made field goal was from 16 feet) whereas the Warriors had 10 points at the rim and shot 7 free throws.

As poorly as the Warriors were shooting from the outside you don't take Mozgov out until they start consistently making them.

Cavs need to leave Mozgov in the game somehow..he opens up the offense and can still defend the rim versus small lineup.
Without mozgov...offense becomes very bad and its lebron iso one after anohter

Agreed, to me its a no brainer. Look at how many times the Warriors got to the rim after he left the game and how poor the Cavs offense was.
