I have not watched more of his game during his prime.

But.. does he even have a post up move?

Scrubs Tristan and Mozgov are making him like an old man there.

Dude is only 30 years turning 31 if I'm not mistaken.

Is he injured or something?

He had a pretty basic arsenal when he was a #1 option for the Bucks, but that's not really his role in Golden State. He acts more as a passing big, generally doesn't try and score unless it's passed right through to him from a pick or a run. And he's always been more defensively minded than offensively.

In saying that, Mozgov's been getting the better of him so far, though I've enjoyed watching them battle.

He can still display some solid hook-shots but doesn't look to score much at all...

Does Bogut even have a post up move?

Yes he had about three of them.
But he is not asked to play an offensive part in the Anotoni Kerr offense.

He has a low block turnaround j, like Duncan.
He also has a right hand hook shoot in the middle.
And he has a left hand jump hook from the right block and in the middle.

(He honed these skills as a BUCK)

In 2010 he did play in the post. He doesn't now because they're stacked and don't need it.

He can do more than he has done. Ive seen him pass up layups for 3s.

He does, he can shoot jump hooks and sky hooks using both arms. His lefty jump hook is better than DeAndre Jordan's and DJ is actually left handed. He was a good low post scorer when he played for Milwaukee.

no pun intended

He plays to his strengths and knows his role, just like the rest of the Golden State roster. It's why they have been so successful.
