Just had it for the first time, scariest shit ever. I was dreaming that I was on a coach and my cousin walk past my seat and he dropped his phone. I picked it up and tapped his shoulder to give it back and when he turned around his skin was paper white (he's black) and his eyes were wide and completely pitch black.

I woke up and could see him standing by my bed staring at me but I couldn't move for about 20 seconds.

Anyone else had something like this?

i've had it a number of times, but not lately. its usually when i sleep straight on my back....

scariest one for me was sleeping at a friends house, trying to wake up, and literally not being able to move/open my eyes for what seemed like a minute. terrifying AF. :lol

Next time just tell yourself its still just a dream. Be curious and not afraid because nothing can hurt you. That will take away all scariness from it and will make it go away quickly.

this is where science has it wrong and reaching hard as fukk to explain it with zero real logic/facts/analysis to their hypothesis.

truth is its demons making everyone think its a dream. thats the clever way to obfuscate the reality between ghosts existing and reality that has always been the rules for how the spirit world works. there are some rules where they can't directly show they exist.

if u think about it, the way sleep paralysis occurs is completely random. its not like anybody is thinking about ghosts, demons, horror stuff before it happens. they could go to bed with a smile on their face or just after sex and still it can happen. they don't even have to believe in ghosts or any of that shit but it can still happen to them. there is nothing in the mind already impressioned that warrants its occurrence.

there is no logical basis for the scientific explanation of it given that the occurrence cannot always be based on anything triggered from a mental state/history in thought or beliefs.

prove it

i refuted any logic it could be based on the mind like the scientific explanation reaches for.....

everyone knows spirits exist and that they have a rule where they try their best not to get exposed.

demons are another name for evil spirits :pimp:

i was laying in bed, maybe half asleep. when i hear footsteps coming up the stairs, they get louder and louder as they get closer and closer until the sound is a few feet away from me and its a very loud thump. then i see a black shadow figure to my left in my peripheral. i try to wake up but i can so im stuck their with this thing next to me and i cant look at it. i finally undo the grips and run out of my room.

I dont get it. In Australia our Asians are usually the brightest of the bunch, yet in America it seems total opposite. Or is godzuki just an exception to the rule?
