View Full Version : Cavs Fans That Booed LeBron

Shouldn't have the right to celebrate a Cavs championship. Just a bunch of ungrateful people. Never gave The King the respect he deserved carrying garbage teams the way he did his first 7 years there. Even the team currently assembled riddle with injuries still had more talent than the pre-2010 teams. The best part about it all is that when they win, it will be all LeBron and Knicks players. No Irving credit. No Love credit. Just The King coming in and getting the credit. Amazing.

Agreed. It's not as simple as being a black guy or an Asian like Warrior fans.

Cleveland is a title thirsty town, fool. And this guy promised them that and then he bailed on them during his prime. Why didn't he convince Bosh and Wade to come to Cleveland? Guaranteed they would have won more than 2 titles with the role players Cleveland already had.

If he never gets a title with Cleveland, why should Cleveland ever forgive him? It should be pending right now on if they win.

Cleveland fans would let LeBron piss on them if it meant a title. They're desperate for any accolade at this point.

It's hilarious how they try to play the "Forgiveness" angle, when they burned his jersey and sent him death threats after he left. He doesn't owe Cleveland anything. But he is going to get them a title. And Irving and Love will have nothing to do with it :lol :oldlol:

I've said before, Cleveland is really no different then any other Midwest city I have been. Indy, st. Louis. Louisville...... It really isn't. There's plenty to do between the casino, aquarium, rock hall, science center not including the normal stuff big cities have like zoos, museums, sports, food, etc. So yeah I've never understood the hate we get.

If you are from here and didn't boo Lebron when he left, you are not a Cavs fan IMO, you are just a LeBron fan. LeBron himself has apologized and tried his best to make it right. Hes back, he wanted to be back, all is forgiven.

And I always find such humour in underrating the 09 and 10 rosters cause they sure as hell werent underrated On here or espn in 09 and 10. If anything they were overrated. But yeah people like to say look how many guys are out of the league now. Well yeah that was 5-6 years ago too! lets never forget that back then LeBron always cracked under pressure where as now he has confidence.

Hey I much rather have both of them playing but this could be his chance to silence the haters once and for all as u know they would downplay accomplishment with them both healthy. If lebron works his a$$ off and gets this one get his due praise and recognition than in future can conserve a bit and share glory with others while piling up titles and moving up closer to GOAT.

thats a pretty dumb comment. Should cavs fans have stopped being cavs fans?

Best player on the planet leaves the team, cavs fans are upset. "OH F*CK THOSE BUTTHURT CAVS FANS LEBRON DOESN'T OWE THEM SH*T"

Best player on the planet returns:"OH THOSE STUPID CAVS FANS THEY SHOULD STILL BE MAD AT LEBRON"

Can you explain to me how a team of JJ Hickson, Anthony Parker, Daniel Gibson, Antawn Jamison, Mo Williams, Anderson Varejao, Jamario Moon, who all participated in winning a historic 66 games (most in team history), proceeded to, in the very next season, go on a historic 26 game losing streak?

During the 09/10 season, the Cavs won 60+ games. With Shaq missing 1/3 the season. Big Z being toasted. Delonte West in and out of lineup with legal/mental problems. Mo Williams missed 15 straight games. Their record without him? 15-0. The common denominator was always LeBron. But these front-running, jersey burners will tell you how underrated the losers they surrounded LeBron with were :oldlol:

You change the team you root for every 8 minutes so i don't think you get to pick what fans can and can not do.

No center, no playoff aspirations, Byron Scott as a coach abandoning all defensive scheming, etc.

Mo and Moon got traded for Baron and the unprotected pick that became Kyrie.

that 66 win team was a damn good team. They complemented Lebron very well.

I didn't say they shouldn't be Cavs fans, or hope that LeBron brings them success. Have you never disliked a player on your team? I didn't like Rasheed in his last few years with the Blazers because I realized he is a douche, but I still hoped he played well for my team. My point was that it seemed to simply erase any ill will towards him and they often ignore the non-likeable aspects of him.

the level of lebron love is lower than what it used to be. Fanbase does not have the same vibe as it did during lebron 1.0.

It seems like now everybody is a cavs fan. You hear callers on local radio not even knowing how to pronounce the players' names or even know who the hell is on the damn roster.

It felt like everyone was a die hard during lebron's first stint. This team just has a much different feel. Old team was kinda built organically and this team just kind of popped out of the sky.

If Lebron manages to win a chip not only will all be forgiven, the guy will become immortalized in ne ohio. 51 years without a championship.

Not saying this is what will happen, but how would you guys feel if the Cavs never win a championship with Lebron? Will you ever forgive him for going elsewhere to win championships? Will he still be considered a god in Ohio?

If Mo Williams and Andy V and Jamison was 1/2 as good as ISH makes them out to be...that should be more than enough to prevent a historic 26 game losing streak....

I am not talking about winning a playoff series or or even having a winning record, I am talking about preventing a quarter season long losing streak.

And Mo, Andy, and Jamison were all there for the Cavs losing streak...

And any NBA team compliments Lebron well apparently. Even ones that win 19 games...

As long as he doesn't leave again I think his legacy is safe, (at least here in C-Town), regardless of championships.

If he left again he'd never be forgiven, by anyone, and would go down as one of the biggest villains in sports history.
