This is not actually true, no one came to play with Lebron before he won championships. It's combination of his resume and his unselfishness. Lebron does a great job of making a FA feel wanted, he clearly separates himself from the team in which he plays in terms of recruiting talent.

Bibby paid 5M to play with the Heat.

When key guys are hurt it is a valid argument this team is not the one he envisioned when he signed here but is dealing with it for homestretch knowing he will get reinforcements next season.
