He's not the hyper athletic, amazing finisher he was from 2008-2010. But he's also not the hyper efficent great shooter he was from 2011-2013.

Still great obviously

Ya he's clearly lost a step, but he's still the best.

had to adjust like jordan. Fvcked up thing is he's nowhere near the midrange guy Jordan was but he is loving the post

his mental game is probably at the highest level ever though.

I think the finishing around the rim has to do with the fact he is isolating so much. There is no ball movement, the other team knows what he is going to do, and he has to face a bunch of defenders at the rim most of the time due to them cluing in on what he is doing.

At the same time, the way he is playing is a must. Limit possessions and slow the game down.

As evidenced by his high turnovers right

he's always had high turnovers cause of his usg but now they are higher because he ain't playing with the best supporting cast

I was comparing himself to himself, not to others. His turnovers are higher than usual for him and it's not cause of the players around him. He dribbles the ball and loses it. Often.

Dude's going to live in the post and that's excellent

It's weird watching, a part of me feels like he's not under control when driving, or even simply posting up or coming to a jump stop. I feel like there's a 40% chance he's going to turn it over.

I've been screaming this forever, he needs a go to move. Not a random flip shot or hook shot or floater, a consistent move he can rely on when he's nervous.
