Could we possibly be seeing the greatest team performance of all-time (2014 Spurs) followed the very next year by the greatest individual performance of all time (2015 Lebron) in Finals history?

yes.
Lebron is incredible. We are all witnesses.

Spolestra and Kerr with the terrible adjustments are to blame.

He'd have to keep this up for the rest of the series to even have an argument over Jordan, who was probably far more efficient.

And I get the difference in supporting casts, but you can't use that as much of an argument when only looking at individual performance.

Shooting 40% FG for a series is not greatest individual performance.

Agreed. Individual performance is not the same as doing most with less. MJ had some dominant finals performances while being incredibly efficient at the same time.

I will agree that I have never seen team ball at such a level like the 2014 Spurs. It was beautiful.
