By primarily playing those cupcake Western Conference teams. Now that they're up against the East, where physical defense is played, they're getting bullied.

It's different when you're not going up agains the same team over and over and not playing in playoff intensity. Ya play a tough team in the RS but then a few weak teams, so you can more easily carry momentum or turn around a slump. If the Warriors lose they won't be the first 60-win team to go down in the playoffs - hell a bunch of em don't even make the Finals.
