My ish brothers from London, I need your advice, I know some of you might clown me, but hoping I get some real good Intel.

I am visiting London for a short stay and wanted to know what would be a good area to stay. Here are the details.....

Flying into Heathrow and then catching a flight at Stansted airport a few days later. Plan is to catch a train from Heathrow and stay somewhere in London area.

Could you gents recommend a good area where I can check out your city while also being able to catch a train to Stansted airport without a million connections?

My travel agent is recommending staying near Victoria station or Euston area, but I have strong faith that you gents will hook an ish bruh up much better.

Thanks!

Hmm depends if you want to take the train or coach to Stansted. Victoria, you can definitely take a coach to Stansted, but train I think you are looking for the Stansted express from Liverpool street, which is on the other side of zone 1 in London. In terms of places to stay though, I'd prefer Victoria, walking distance to Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, couple of musicals like Wicked and billy elliot are there too. Plus by Victoria line you can get to Oxford Circus easily. Euston's not a bad place, full of students because of UCL, within (long) walking distance to British Museum, but for other touristy stuff you'll need the underground. Liverpool Street is just full of banks and tall expensive buildings.

Eh there was a cheap hostel where I lived in North London, that would be comfy to get to Luton, comparatively. Not sure about what would be best for you there, however.

I suppose getting transport to the airport is equally expensive either way, so just take additional hours to use underground to get to Victoria and then go by train.
