Why do black youth congregate everywhere?

every time i go to the village center there are always young black guys hanging out in front. almost every convenience store they are there. every Highs, Wawa, 7Eleven, etc. in the summer you can count on young black dudes hanging out in front.

its so normal to see that i forget i don't see white, azn, arabs, etc. doing this most of the time.

thing is i kind of feel bad for some of the places they hang out in front of where police don't frequent to tell them to leave. it makes the place look ghetto. and a lot of times they're going in to those convenience stores with 4-5 people stealing shit. i dont really care if its 7Eleven but seen some small private convenience stores i got drinks at after playing ball having to deal with it, and really felt sorry for them.

without the cops continually dispersing them it just kills their possible clientele.

i mean i will still wade thru them to get my gatorade but i can see a lot of white, azn, etc. dudes and women driving another few miles where they don't have to.

Actually thats sorta what I was about to say. I didnt include Kizzle cause Im pretty sure hes just a figment of our imaginations.
