They can't be worse than Smith and Jones at this point. I would say Perkins but he's only good at hard screens and post defense.

Why the hell not? Kerr trusted David Lee, who hasn't played much all year and he worked wonders.

Marion was putting up double digits points last season with the Mavs, so there's no reason he shouldn't be getting some PT on this depleted Cavs roster. It's not like he's some no name player on the bench with no experience. Sure he has some hip issues, but it can't be worse than Iman's shoulder or Delly's leg cramps.

Blatt is a smart coach and played Curry well, but finals are all about match ups and adjustments. Luckily for him, his team is still 2-2 and these substitutions can turn the series around.

Both are terrible, Marion can't shoot 3's while Miller is just not good at all.

Joe Harris should get some PT but Cavs don't exactly have problems at SG.

lol ffs cavs are so unlucky with all of these injuries.

That's what ring chasing does to you when you get older, Marion got greedy and ruined his career long streak of averaging double digit points. Whats this ring even going to mean for him? He scored a grand total of 2 points in 25 minutes played throughout this entire playoffs, might as well not even give him a ring.

Have you not seen Mike play recently? He's atrocious...

Agreed. I don't even understand someone like Bosh wanting to ring chase. He'd be considered better, IMO, if he would of just kept putting up 24/11 or even higher every season, and getting bounced in the first round. It's not like we now think he's better than someone else who chose to stay the man like Melo or anything. Who knows? Maybe Toronto gets their act together and surrounds him with a great supporting cast that compliments his game perfectly and he makes a few conference finals or even finals?

Bosh Heat years made him a HOF and got him two 100 million dollar contracts.

but the answer is yes even if its spot minutes you don't want to burn out your starters.

There's a reason these veterans aren't playing. They suck.

Some guys would take 1 ring over making the Hall of Fame.

All retired superstars who don't have a ring, are quick to mention it. The job description of a NBA player is to win a ring.

Bosh didn't sacrifice money and became more relevant as 3rd option in Miami than he ever was as 1st in Toronto.

I think they should.

Steve Kerr came out with new lineups in game 4 that The Cavs could not compete with.

Blatt needs at least two new strategies going into game 5, one of them is a different strategy with his traditional lineups and the second is giving time to Marion and Miller to try to disrupt the mismatches Golden State took advantage of in game 4.

Marion is a versatile defender that can also get some deflections and rebounding while Miller can stretch the floor and shoot the ball to compliment Lebron and the offensive rebounding duo of Mozgov and Thompson.

I think they probably will play some in the last 2-3 games, but that's not necessarily a good thing. It is just yet another reminder of how decimated the Cavs are. When you have to pull guys off the end of the bench to play in The Finals because you are playing Matthew Dellavedova and James Jones too many minutes... it's just not a good sign.
