I just got back from the gym and went a bit harder then usual and i got home i feel sick as a dog im either pass out or throw up or both.

I google searched it and it tells me whats happened. But not what to do about it.

Im now sitting on a bench at the mall. And i want to get some food but im not sure if it will help so im just sitting here listening to my breathing trying not to pass out.

Any1 know what the **** i can do?? I tried calling my gf to come get me but shes at work and not pickin her phone up

Go buy a bottle of OJ or pineapple juice. Or try to get someone to buy one for you.

Just let it pass. Try to find some ginger ale as that will help with your stomach or nausea. Try not to concentrate on it, rather think of something else.

just relax for awhile and do nothing for a few mins, you will probably be ok, if it doesnt pass get some help

Yeah so according to google. Ive overused my muscles and they're tryna sapp all the nutrients they can from my stomach so much that its broken down my stomach lining and its not filtering the toxins. So i got heaps of toxins going into my body at the moment. So im sitting outside the supermaket with a litre of organic orange juice lol. Im never drinking protein shake again man i swear to god.

I get something similar if not possibly the same thing to what you describe you are experiencing when I mountain bike and haven't eaten enough food during the trip as it is a very physically taxing activity. I don't know what it's called myself, but I'm pretty sure it isn't "toxins" I'm more inclined to think you need nutrients and what not as that's what I need after I get like that.

Do you feel extremely weak? Cold-sweat?

Nah just nausea and im shakey as hell. And i feel like i wanna go toilet all the time.

Im no stranger to cardio type endurance workouts. I do mma 5 days a week. But i went to the gym tryna do heavy lifting. I nearly passed out.doing deadlifts at the end of it and havent felt right since.

Mountain biking is more anaerobic than aerobic. The strain it puts on your body is more like weight lifting.

But though what you are experiencing sounded similar at first the toilet comment I'm unsure about, and if you say you don't feel weakness either I don't think it's the same.

You actually might be sick from something completely unrelated to the weight lifting if you keep having to use the bathroom. Whatever sickness you might be experiencing could have just kicked in after lifting weights by chance.

Maybe. Im not sure but the orange juice is kind of hwlping. I dont feel like vomitting anymore and my head stopped spinning. I got my mate to come pick me up finally hes calling me a soft kant and a wuss. Lol im trying not to mention the fact that i smashed him once since hes helping me lol

Did you take a pre-workout? I took a pre-workout on a empty stomach one time and it made my stomach curl, I felt so sick I had to stop my workout and go home. Either way if you did or didn't you should just go home, lay down and rest.

Yeh i did take a pre workout actually. Im on the couch now eating pringles coz i cant be damned making any decent food

You worked out too hard, which happens after a lay off. Force yourself to throw up and you'll be fine.
