I'm pretty confident you were a lazy fatass and decided not to separate the playoff runs of players who played in multiple decades.

Not gonna lie bro, you shit the bed with Howard as your 6th man.

Dirk, Wade, KG, Pierce, TMAC are all better choices.

Dirk or Wade is the clear cut choice here.

Howard? WTF

Could easily argue that 2001-2006TMAC is the better choice.

Comes down to skill vs greatness.

Replace Nash with CP3 or AI and Howard with Wade/KG/Dirk and I'm taking the 2000 team. Too much offensive power and all 5 are great defenders.

Not gonna debate this, but just no.

Think what you want of course, but T-mac did nothing in the playoffs compared to what Dirk and Wade did.

Lol no, Tmac's impact was nowhere near the level of those 2 as shown by his lack of success.

Who takes the All decade Playoffs?

I have a feeling a lot of people are going to take 90s because of MJ or 80s, but

2000s have 4 dudes in the starting line-up who are top 10 players all-time in their prime:eek:

Nash going to be a huge liability on defense vs 80s team... might wanna switch him out for 1st team defense Jason Kidd

Imy not gonna debate this either. You still salty about what grandpa TMAC did to Shawn Bradley in Dallas? :lol :lol :lol

Health.....just like Baron Davis.

Both dudes wanted to be "the man" on shit squads and couldn't maintain their basketball bodies.

Show some respect, ****.

Ok Jason Kidd in Nash's place and Dirk in Howard's.

Some of those lineups are just off...

I know both Wilt and Russell were centers but, imo, you just don't put one of them on the bench... Let Bill play PF, he could play further away from the hoop, playmake, handle it a bit, cut to the hoop, few hooks from outside the paint, could easily defend forwards.
Feel like Pettit should be there, even though peak Reed was great.

Why is Pistol Pete starting at PG over Frazier? He was more of a SG, he couldn't run a team like Walt, his defense was much worse, he only had like 1 or 2 very good post-season runs because he didn't even get there more than 4 times or so, while Clyde's a 2x champ with great contribution and one of Reed's FMVPs belongs to him.
You got Hondo, Barry, McAdoo...

Dantley at SG?! Doesn't play to his full potential there and would've gotten eaten alive on D (didn't even play it for the most part though)... And uh, you know, he was a SF; plus didn't have much Playoff success or team success overall.
Get Moncrief in there (assuming we can't put MJ), 2x DPOY, just great overall, best SG of the decade alongside Jordan, team player, led very successful teams.
And with all due respect to English, Nique should be there.

...

So more like (not repeating players)...

60's

PG - Robertson
SG - West
SF - Baylor
PF - Russell
C - Chamberlain
6th - Pettit

70's

PG - Frazier
SG - Gervin
SF - Erving
PF - Hayes
C - Jabbar
6th - Havlicek

80's

PG - Johnson
SG - Moncrief
SF - Wilkins
PF - Bird
C - Malone
6th - McHale (2x 6moty, and I like that starting 5)

90's:

PG - Stockton
SG - Jordan
SF - Pippen
PF - Barkley
C - Olajuwon
6th - Malone (in terms of peaks, I like Chuck more)

00's:

PG - Nash
SG - Bryant
SF - James
PF - Duncan
C - O'Neal
6th - Nowitzki (or Garnett)

BS excuse. T-Mac had plenty of healthy playoff seasons in his prime and couldn't do it, even when favored. That last part is the real issue.

So much fail in this thread.

Maravich on an 'All Decade Playoff Team'? Yeah, because he's well known for his playoff success... especially ahead of Frazier :facepalm
