Both men and women now wearing these hideous looking pants. They make them in anything from jeans, to sweats, to leather and yoga pants material.

Looks like the wearer is dragging 10 days of shit in an adult size diaper :biggums:
What do you think ISH. Is this style hot, or not? How many of you own drop crotch pants?

I really like them. Most of the time it just means the dude has gigantic testicles though.

That's one sad excuse for style.
It's probably the same as parachute pants. Funny style, most weren't wearing that shit though

Haha, got a good laugh out of this. Needed this in the middle of my exam study.
The two examples outside of that gray one look terrible. In all honesty, the gray one doesn't look too bad. I wouldn't wear it, since it seems like you need to be extremely slender to pull it off.

Nobody wears them that extreme.
I'm actually wearing them now, because they're comfy as f*ck and look good (when not down to your ankles).
Mine look more like this:

Probably more comfortable than those tight pants that are a trend now. They are like skin tight jeans.
The two pics above look nice. I wanted to buy a pair because they look comfy. And I haven't seen anyone wear them that extreme. I guess the same way there's skinny jeans there's super skinny jeans.

I hate the look but they would be very comfy for a hung dude like myself.

LOL, I remember I used to wear those back in the day as a teen/twentysomething year old metalhead. Skinny jeans have been on and off for a while now, they were first popular in the mid 60s, then bell bottoms got huge in the 70's and only punkers wore them. Then they became popular in the 80's metal scene. The 90's and 2000's were about baggy jeans and pants, while only a few social groups like emos, punks, skaters etc wore skinny pants until they became fashionable again a few years ago...shit goes in cycles.

Yea, pretty much what fashion is, it's a herd mentality. And some of those fashion choices are cringeworthy looking back, these might be sometime down the road like "what the fvck was I thinking?" :lol

everything we wear is like that, it is unavoidable...just about all hair styles too
I listened to Seinfeld talk about how when he realized his show was a hit and would be shown on reruns for decades he tried to dress as plain as possible in a way that wouldn't look silly down the road, and he failed, it is impossible to avoid.

^^^ he still looks super 'dated'
20 years from now we will all cringe at pics of ourselves...that is just the way it goes

The coat is ginormous, high wasted jeans, metal tip belt...semi-mullet. He looks very '90s' and he tried very hard not to.

...maybe because Seinfeld is one of the iconic shows of the 90s? There is no "him trying not to look 90s". That show IS the 90s.
Whatever people wore in Seinfeld, is what people will associate with "90s". Not the other way around.

you're missing the point, he looks bad NOW. He claims he tried to create a plain look that wouldn't look off when the show ran in future decades...and in his own words it is impossible to do that, it is just a fact that the trends of today will look bad 20 years from now, even the subtle trends.
20 years from now looking back it will be "omg look how tight fitting our suits were! lolz!"..."look at that stupid messy spiked hair!"...etc
